NYC Menorah Parade Scheduled for the First Night of Chanukah

NYC’s annual Menorah Parade will take place on the first night of Chanukah. Organizers encourage all those with a car menorah to join and help bring the light of Chanukah to every Jew in NYC.

This year, as Chanukah falls out quite early on the secular calendar, there is a unique opportunity for increased pirsumei nisah on the first night of Chanukah – a weekend night, between the Black Friday and Cyber Monday shopping rush – in the world’s busiest city.

The Mitzvah Tank Organization announced that the Annual NYC Menorah Parade will take place on Sunday evening, 24 Kislev, November 28, at 6:00pm.

“All those with a menorah on their car are encouraged to join the parade, fulfilling the Rebbe’s call to bring the light of Chanukah to every Jew in NYC,” organizers said.

Register today at MenorahParade.nyc. Only those registered will be allowed to participate in the parade.

A small donation will help cover the costs of the parade and enable you to become a Parade V.I.P., receiving the privilege of leading this year’s parade.

For more information, please call or text the parade hotline at 718-804-0077 Ext. 130. or email [email protected]

The parade is organized by the Mitzvah Tank Organization, under the auspices of the Lubavitch Youth Organization.
