Chabad of Lagos, Nigeria directed by Rabbi Mendy and Mazal Sternbach strategized to professionally launch the highly successful Lunch & Learn system for their community.
Branding, farbrengens, and brochos were all tools used to get commitments rolling.
“The response was impressive. People even came over after Hakofos asking if they can still commit to learn together” said Rabbi Sternbach.
“The Rebbe wanted us to conquer the world with Limud Hatora. Thanks to Merkos 302, the Shluchim office, Chabad Dovrei Ivrit, and many other organizations, we have access to beautifully written teacher’s guides, student handbooks so Shluchim can focus on our communities without the need for each of us to spend many hours researching the same topics.”
