A photo released on Sunday shows the Rebbe during his 5720 visit to Camp Gan Yisroel, then in Swan Lake, New York.

Since accepting the nesius, the Rebbe did not leave New York City, in fact hardly leaving Crown Heights besides for visits to the Ohel and other limited occasions. The Rebbe made an exception to travel to visit Camp Gan Yisroel three times: 5716 – in Ellenville, New York, and in 5717, and 5720, in Swan Lake, New York.

A number of pictures from the visits were published in ‘B’neos Deshe’, a sefer and album about the visits, but the photo released on Sunday was not among them.

The Rebbe is seen in the photo leading a farbrengen during the visit. Holding the microphone for the Rebbe is Rabbi Meir Harlig.

Also seen on the stage with the Rebbe are (from right to left): Rabbi Rabbi Chaim Mordechai Hodakov, Rabbi Mordechai Dov Teleshefsky, ?, Rabbi Eliyahu Yaichel-Simpson, Rabbi Shmuel Zalmanov, Rabbi Mordechai Mentlik (above R’ Meir Harlig), Rabbi Leibel Groner, Rabbi Yaakov Tzvi Holzman.
