Boys from Lubavitcher schools in Crown Heights and Monsey arranged their own Chanukah mivtzoim, heading out in their own Mitzvah Tanks to bring the light of Chanukah to thousands of Yidden.

In Monsey, the 8th-grade boys of Cheder Chabad, together with their dedicated rebbi Rabbi Dubinsky, headed out on mivtzoim on Sunday, Erev Chanukah and Monday, the first day of Chanukah.

The class rented a mitzvah tank, decorated it, and hit the road, heading to New City, Palisades Mall. Later that day, they joined the car menorah parade. On Monday, they went to Brighton Beach, Brooklyn. They gave out hundreds of Menoras and brought the Chanukah warmth to thousands.

In Crown Heights, boys from each one of the local schools rented their own mitzvah tanks, and headed out each night of Chanukah to locations around the Tri-State area, handing out menorahs and spreading the message of Chanukah far and wide.
