A shloshim gathering marking 30 days since the passing of Rabbi Shmuel Benjamin a”h will be held Monday night in Crown Heights.

Rabbi Benjamin was a most devoted mechanech of Oholei Torah Pre1A for twenty-five years, educating hundreds of talmidim, imbuing a love of Yiddishkeit and laying strong foundations for them during those formative years.

Rabbi Benjamin staunchly stood by his wife Devorah‘s side as she ran Keren Simchas Chosson V’Kalla, an organization that provides necessary funds and support for chassanim and kallahs, giving her his encouragement and full support.

The shloshim memorial will take place Monday night at the Oholei Torah Ballroom, 667 Eastern Parkway, at 8:00 PM. The event will also be streamed live via zoom for the benefit of students and admirers around the world.

His matzeiva testifies that he started off his radiant chinuch career in ULY Ocean Parkway.
I hope OT will have a standing-room-only turnout. He deserves it, and so does his wife Devorah who could not have achieved as much as she has without Rabbi B’s total support.
