After visiting nearly a hundred countries, Lubavitcher photographer Meir Alfasi traveled to the African country of Namibia where he documented wild animals and curious tribesmen, along with the historic Jewish cemetery and local Jewish community.
After visiting nearly a hundred countries, Lubavitcher photographer Meir Alfasi traveled to the African country of Namibia where he documented wild animals and curious tribesmen and visited the famed area called the “Valley of Death”.
Alfasi also visited and prayed at the Jewish cemetery and also had an emotional meeting with a local Holocaust survivor. He then visited “the world’s most isolated Jewish community” in Windhoek, the country’s capital.
