As thousands of Yidden prepare to converge on Chevron for Shabbos Parshas Chayei Sarah, Chabad of Chevron is busy preparing to welcome the many visitors arriving to spend Shabbos near the Me’aras Hamachpelah.

Each year, Chevron becomes a center of celebration and achdus as Yidden from across Eretz Yisroel and around the world gather for the Shabbos when the Torah recounts Avraham Avinu’s purchase of the Me’aras Hamachpelah.

Chabad of Chevron, under the leadership of Rabbi Danny Cohen, together with Rabbi Mordechai Hellinger, plays a central role in welcoming the visitors, providing Shabbos hospitality and helping create an uplifting atmosphere of davening, singing, and farbrengens.

Ahead of the special Shabbos, a live broadcast tomorrow will bring viewers directly to the area of the Me’aras Hamachpelah, offering a glimpse of the preparations and the growing excitement as visitors arrive.

The broadcast will feature encounters with local residents and visitors, capturing the unique atmosphere of Chevron as the city prepares for one of its busiest Shabbosim of the year.

The live broadcast will take place tomorrow, Friday, from 7:30 to 9:00 a.m. EST.
