Levaya Held for Mrs. Henna Markel

Hundreds gathered outside 770 on Wednesday for the levaya of Mrs. Henna Markel, a Crown Heights mother, before the levaya continued to kevura near the Ohel.

She is survived by her husband, Rabbi Moshe Markel, and their sons, Menachem Mendel, Chaim, and Arik.

She is also survived by her parents, Rabbi Shaul Margolis and Mrs. Yita Gittel Margolis of Oak Park, Michigan, and her siblings, Sora Milecki of Coral Springs, Florida; Avromie Margolis of Los Angeles, California; Devora Leah Stern of Lauderhill, Florida; Mendy Margolis and Shea Margolis of Southfield, Michigan; and Dovid Margolis of Chicago, Illinois.

Shiva information:

Her husband, sons, parents and siblings are sitting shiva at the Markel home, 763 Eastern Parkway, Apartment F3, Brooklyn, NY. Rabbi Moshe Markel and the children will remain there for the duration of shiva.

Beginning Friday morning, her parents, together with Mendy, Dovid and Shea Margolis, will continue shiva at 23170 Gardner Street, Oak Park, MI.

Sora Milecki and Devora Leah Stern will continue shiva beginning Friday at 6540 NW 46th Street, Lauderhill, FL.

Avromie Margolis will continue shiva beginning Thursday evening at 1807 South Fairfax Avenue, Los Angeles, CA.
