1. During the shloshes yemai hagbalah- regarding haircuts the bedatz writes that we don’t get haircuts is not related to mourning rather Kabbalah. Then by music it says not to listen to music during shloshes yemai hagbalah.

   It was also not clear the analogy to lag B’omer- we do weddings on lag B’omer and allow music to extend, if we allow weddings during the 3 days shouldn’t music be allowed?
