Camp Gan Yisroel Florida is a dream come true for Chabad girls in grades 2-7 who want to immerse themselves in an authentic Chassidishe atmosphere.
Located in South Florida, this premier summer camp is run by the experienced Executive Directors, Rabbi Yosef Y. & Bayla Biston, who have over 40 years of experience running camps, as well as a long-standing reputation in education and leadership. They are joined by Rabbi Eli & Shira Wajsbort as the Managing Directors, along with trained and experienced head staff.
Camp Gan Yisroel Florida offers a unique spiritual oasis where children can experience the warmth and beauty of Yiddishkeit in a safe, nurturing, educational, and fun-filled environment. Girls will have the opportunity to develop new skills, build meaningful friendships, and expand their enthusiasm for Torah and Mitzvos. Each week culminates with our special Shabbos program, featuring delicious food, joyful singing, Chassidic storytelling, and a Tzivous Hashem program.
Our dedicated staff, including Chef Nissan and his kitchen crew, have been with us for many years, and are committed to providing nourishing meals with an emphasis on healthy nutrition that will appeal to both parents and campers. At each lunch and supper, campers will have access to a fully stocked, fresh salad bar as well as pasta and sauce options.
Our picturesque 20-acre property is located near the Florida Everglades, and is on the edge of a National Wildlife Refuge. Amenities on the property include 9 air-conditioned bunk houses that can spaciously accommodate over 100 people, a fully equipped commercial kitchen, dining room, game room, Olympic sized swimming pool, a lake with canoes, nature trails, basketball and beach volleyball courts, ziplining, high/low ropes course, and a playground.
At Camp Gan Yisroel Florida, we pride ourselves on our open lines of communication with parents. We are always available to answer any questions or concerns you may have about your daughter’s experience at camp. Our smaller, more personal environment ensures that campers are cared for on a more physical and emotional level, with the directors and head staff getting to know each girl individually.
The first session of camp will run from Wednesday, June 28 (Tes Tammuz) to Monday, July 24 (Vov Av). The second session will run from Tuesday, July 25 (Zayin Av) to Sunday, August 20 (Gimmel Elul). Don’t miss out on the opportunity to participate in the Camp Gan Yisroel Florida experience.
