Bochurim Honor Classmate’s Memory with ‘Letters for Menachem’

Following the sudden passing of their classmate, Shliach to South Korea Menachem Litzman, his friends sought a meaningful way to honor his precious neshama.

Now, for the second time, Menachem’s classmates from Mesivta Oholei Yosef Yitzchak Detroit 5782–5784 are continuing the “Letters for Menachem” campaign, encouraging people to take part in the Sefer Torah initiative and help spread awareness of Ois B’Sefer Torah, an opportunity to strengthen Jewish unity through Torah.

Drawing from special sichos of the Rebbe, the campaign invites people to join by reaching out to their mekuravim, family, and friends, encouraging them to purchase letters in the Sefer Torah for themselves and others.

Participants are also encouraged to take a photo holding a “Letters for Menachem” selfie card, helping inspire others to get involved and sharing the campaign’s impact with Menachem’s family.
