A Chabad yeshiva bochur was rushed to the hospital in serious condition Sunday night after collapsing suddenly at the Chabad yeshiva of Rechovot.

The 17-year-old bochur was found unconscious and unresponsive, with no pulse and no breathing, when emergency teams arrived at the scene. Hatzalah and medical volunteers immediately began resuscitation efforts, working for an extended period until they were able to restore his pulse.

He was evacuated to Kaplan Medical Center in Rechovot, where he was admitted to the trauma department. CPR efforts continued during the transport to the hospital.

The bochur remains in serious condition, and the public is asked to daven for the refuah sheleimah of Ziv Moshe ben Meirav Yakira.
