At the beginning of the event, he conversed cordially with the chief shliach, Rabbi Tzvi Grunblatt, and with his son-in-law, the Shliach in Buenos Aires, Rabbi Chaim Oirechman, who accompanied him on his last visit to Eretz Yisroel.
