Over 2,000 men, women, and children participated in the grand Siyum Harambam held in Paris, France on Wednesday evening, eve of Lag B’omer.
Addressing the Siyum was Head Shliach Rabbi Mendel Azimov, who encouraged the participants to strengthen their daily Rambam learning and increase their level of learning.
Harav Avrohom Boruch Pewsner, Rov of the Chabad community in Paris, completed the 41st study cycle of Rambam, and the 42nd cycle was initiated by Harav Yechiel Kalmenson, Rosh Yeshiva Tomchei Tmimim Lubavitch in Brunoy.
The guest speaker was Rabbi Pinchas Wishedsky, Rabbi of the Kedem community in Kiev, Ukraine.
