The boat serves as a floating lounge for Chabad on Campus in Paris, headed by Rabbi Mendy and Mushky Lachkar, who created the floating Chabad House after being faced with a shortage of suitable locations for their activities
Rabbi Aharonov continued farbrenging with the shluchim until the early hours of the morning, encouraging them to double and triple their activities as Gimmel Tammuz approaches.
