Thousands of Anash and bochurim from near and far spent the Shabbos before Gimmel Tammuz – Shloshim Shana near the Rebbe’s Ohel, davening, learning, eating seudos Shabbos, and farbrenging together.
Accommodations were provided by Ohel Chabad Lubavitch, with large tents erected to hold the many guests.

Is it permitted to Daven so close to K’Vorim?
Inside the cemetery no, but there are Mechitzos all around and the people are not standing ‘inside’ the cemetery
