Ever since the Rebbe instituted mivtzoim (Jewish outreach), chassidim have gone out on Purim, spreading joy and Jewish pride. To army bases and hospitals, orphanages and street corners, everyone is encouraged to get involved and fulfill the mitzvos of the day.
