Over 200 Bochurim Joined Yeshivas ‘Bein Hazmanim’

While Bein Hazmanim is traditionally a break from the regular yeshiva schedule, over 200 bochurim from more than 30 yeshivos made a different choice this year: to continue learning Torah in a structured setting at Yeshivas Bein Hazmanim.

Day after day, bochurim independently filled the Michelashvili Beis Medrash, showing up for two daily sedorim — a morning seder from 12:15–1:45 PM and a night seder from 8:15–9:30 PM — using their free time to remain immersed in learning.

Bochurim from over 30 different yeshivos came together under one roof, united not by obligation, but by choice. Many noted the unique feeling of walking into a filled Oholei Torah Zal during Bein Hazmanim, seeing other bochurim who also chose to dedicate their free time to learning.

As part of the program, a special shiur was delivered by Dayan Rabbi Shalom DovBer Shochet on halachos of complex mivtzoyim cases, followed by a Q&A session. The shiur drew strong participation and engagement from the bochurim, who had the opportunity to discuss real-life halachic scenarios they encounter in mivtzoyim.

This meaningful initiative is brought to you by the Sadya Shmuel Foundation and is dedicated לז״נ החייל בצ״ה סעדיה שמואל ע״ה בן יבלחט״א שלמה שניאור זלמן שי’.
