On the auspicious day of Hey Teves, shluchim families from across The Netherlands came together in Eindhoven for the third annual Netherlands Kinus. Hosted by Rabbi Simcha and Rina Steinberg, shluchim to Eindhoven, the Kinus addressed the various prevalent challenges and opportunities and served as a source of inspiration and camaraderie.
The Kinus, attended by some 20 shluchim families, featured a dynamic program with sessions for the shluchim and shluchos, while the Yaldei Hashluchim enjoyed a special children’s program designed just for them.
In recent years, the shluchim network in The Netherlands has seen significant growth. Under the leadership of the head shliach, Rabbi Shmuel Katzman, the Kinus was a fitting occasion to welcome Rabbi Pinny and Shternie Spiero as the newest shluchim to Alkmaar, marking another milestone in the expansion of the Rebbe’s mission in the country.
The day culminated in a festive Seudas Hoda’ah, where Mr. Max Loewenstein, chairman of the local community, delivered heartfelt words of appreciation. He praised Rabbi Simcha and Rina Steinberg for their dedicated work in Eindhoven and reaffirmed the community’s unwavering support for their efforts.
This uplifting Hey Teves gathering left the participants energized and united, ready to continue their vital mission. May their efforts bring us closer to fulfilling our ultimate goal: preparing the world to greet Moshiach Tzidkeinu!
