The levaya of Shliach Rabbi Tzvi Kogan, who was murdered last week in Abu Dhabi, is now taking place at Har Hazeisim, following from Kfar Chabad. The levaya is now being live-streamed from the Shamgar funeral home by Har Hazeisim.
