The day of Hey Teves is celebrated annually by Chassidim as ‘Didan Notzach’ – the day the judge handed down the ruling that the precious seforim and manuscripts of our Rebbeim belong to the Rebbe and the chassidim.
Chassidim mark the day annually with joyous farbrengens and by purchasing new seforim, as fit for the ‘Yom Tov of the Seforim’.
