Six decades of Jewish music was on display Sunday night at a benefit concert bringing together some of the biggest names in Jewish music today, and paying tribute to the singers of yesterday.
The concert, titled “Jewish Music Hall of Fame”, honored the immortal composers and artists of Jewish Music, taking the audience on a nostalgic journey through 60 years of Jewish music and song.
The unforgettable evening featured Jewish music Hall-of-Famers plus stars of Jewish music from the past 60 years, including Mordechai Ben David, Benny Friedman, Eli Marcus, Baruch Levine, Yaron Gershovsky, Yossi Green, Abie Rotenberg, and many others.
The show was beautifully produced by the legendary Sheya Mendlowitz, with music arrangements by the renowned conductor Yisroel Lamm.
The concert benefited Makor Care, a comprehensive network of support, services, and care for individuals of all ages with physical or intellectual disabilities.
