The first-ever Chassidus and AI Conference will bring together visionaries, educators, and tech innovators to explore how artificial intelligence can transform the dissemination of Chassidus. It will showcase groundbreaking projects and foster collaboration among those using AI to spread the wellsprings of Chassidus.
In an unprecedented initiative that bridges ancient wisdom with cutting-edge technology, the inaugural Chassidus and AI Conference will bring together visionaries, educators, and tech innovators to explore how artificial intelligence can transform the dissemination of Chassidus.
The virtual event, scheduled for 12 Sivan, 5785 (June 8, 2025), aims to showcase groundbreaking projects and foster collaboration among those using AI tools to spread the wellsprings of Chassidus.
“Recent advancements in AI and large language models have opened up possibilities for Hafotzas Hamaayonois that were simply unimaginable just a few years ago,” explains Rabbi Zalman Abraham, the conference organizer. “We’re witnessing a technological revolution that could dramatically accelerate our ability to make Chassidus accessible to people everywhere.”
The conference comes at a pivotal moment when AI technologies are rapidly evolving and becoming more sophisticated in their ability to understand, translate, and generate content across languages and formats.
“Throughout history, Lubavitch has embraced new technologies—from printing presses to radio, television, and the internet—always finding innovative ways to spread Chassidus,” Rabbi Abraham notes. “Artificial intelligence represents the next frontier, one with unprecedented potential to remove barriers of language, complexity, and accessibility.”
The two-and-a-half-hour online gathering will feature presentations from developers, educators, and visionaries who are creating AI-powered tools and platforms that can translate complex texts, generate explanations of difficult concepts, create visual representations of abstract ideas, and personalize learning experiences.
Organizers are currently accepting applications from potential presenters who have developed tools, prototypes, or concepts that leverage AI to advance the dissemination of Chassidus. The conference also welcomes attendees from all backgrounds who are interested in the intersection of technology and spirituality.
“We’re particularly excited to see how these innovations can help reach people who might otherwise never encounter Chassidus,” Rabbi Abraham adds. “The Rebbe emphasized that spreading the wellsprings outward is directly connected to bringing Moshiach, and these new technologies allow us to reach truly outward in ways previously impossible.”
Participation in the conference is free but spaces are limited, with preference given to those actively involved in advancing the field. All registrants will receive access to recordings following the event.

The Chassidus and AI Conference reflects a growing recognition within the Chabad community that emerging technologies can serve as powerful vehicles for fulfilling the mission of spreading Chassidus worldwide. As these technologies continue to develop, they offer unprecedented opportunities to overcome traditional barriers of language, distance, and accessibility.
“Just as the Alter Rebbe made Chassidus intellectual and the Frierdiker Rebbe began its translation into other languages, we now have tools that can potentially make these teachings universally accessible,” Rabbi Abraham concludes. “The wellsprings are ready to truly spread outward to the farthest reaches, bringing us that much closer to the coming of Moshiach.”
