Southwest Floridians Enjoy Golf and Chanukah Treats

The Jewish communities in Southwest Florida enjoyed a Chanukah party with miniature golf, doughnuts, latkes, music, face painting and balloons, and the lighting of a grand menorah by local leaders of the Jewish community.

A grand Chanukah celebration event was hosted by Rabbi Yitzchok and Rabbi Peretz Meir Simcha Minkowicz of Chabad Lubavitch of Southwest Florida at Castle Golf.

The community enjoyed a family experience by playing miniature golf in a beautiful outdoor setting, with delicious Chanukah doughnuts, hot potato latkes, music, face painting and balloons, and the lighting of a grand menorah by local leaders of the Jewish community.

Rabbi Yitzchok Minkowicz spoke about the spiritual significance of Chanukah and distributed $2 bills as Chanukah gelt to all those present at the event.
