Shliach Rabbi Yisroel Rapoport was a well-loved man who lived his life in service of others. Now we must do what we can to continue his example of Chessed and ensure that the needs of his family and Chabad House are met.
Rabbi Yisroel Rapoport, better known as Raps or Bubby to friends and family, was a well-loved man who lived his life in service of others. He served as the director of Chabad of Cumberland County, NJ, and the Rabbi of Congregation Sons of Jacob, an orthodox synagogue in Vineland.
Rabbi Yisroel passed away unexpectedly and suddenly and the world immediately lost a bastion of kindness who stopped at nothing for the sake of another Yid.
While the void he leaves behind could never be replaced, we must do what we can to continue to follow his example of Chessed and ensure that the needs of his family and Chabad House are met.
Please help us rally behind them in this most difficult time and continue his legacy of helping another with a smile on our face.
