Crown Heights children gathered ’round and were even given a chance to dab some paint themselves as artist Yosef Tovshteyn painted 770 on Eastern Parkway.
“I decided to paint the center of Crown Heights,” Yosef said. “I was walking around and thought, why not paint 770 today? I was putting it off until later, but why not?”
Yosef gave the gathered children a chance to dab some paint on the painting themselves. They watched with fascination as the canvas came to life in front of their eyes.
