Gan Yisroel Florida Girls Overnight Camp is excited to announce that it will be offering two new programs exclusively for 6th and 7th-grade girls. The Bas Mitzvah Experience and CIT tracks were created to address the unique needs of this age group. Both of these programs provide young girls with the opportunity to learn, grow, and connect with their faith, their community, and their personal potential. Through unique experiences, trips, and activities, the young girls are empowered to deepen their relationship with Hashem, connect with others, and develop their personal leadership skills.

The Bas Mitzvah Experience is for girls finishing 6th grade. It is focused on the Bas Mitzvah milestone, making it a meaningful and transformative experience. This program aims to help the girls make the most of this stage of life and understand the significance of becoming a Bas Mitzvah. Specialized staff will provide an inspiring learning curriculum that will be geared towards this age, with an emphasis on practical application.

The program also includes unique farbrengens, activities, and special trips to enhance the girls’ experience and further their growth, friendships, and connections. Additionally, the culmination of this program will include a Bas Mitzvah party for all the participants. The Bas Mitzvah experience is sure to be a memorable and life-changing experience for the girls.

The CIT (Counselors in Training) program is designed for 7th-grade girls. It will focus on empowering the girls to recognize their talents and potential, as well as teaching them to be influencers through Torah and Mitzvos. The program will include special trips, late nights, farbrengens, and speakers, as well as the opportunity to participate in weekly sessions that focus on personal growth and leadership development. An important component will include putting their leadership skills to use by interacting with the younger bunks, through activities and learning opportunities with them. The session ends with a grand trip to Orlando for the CITs, which will surely be a highlight of the summer.
