Thousands joined together this Wednesday night for a grand Hakhel gathering, the largest Boro Park has ever seen.

The event started with a special video presentation produced exclusively for the event, which introduced the Mitzva of hakhel and included a Sicha of the Rebbe about Hakhel. Followed by the recitation of the twelve Pesukim.

A group of exceptionally talented Bochurim performed an incredible presentation: A 15-member juggling act, reminiscent of the original Simchas Beis Hasho’eva in the Bais HaMikdash…

Motty Illowitz accompanied by Yossi cohen and full orchestra along with the featured Yingerlach choir and the Kapelye Choir performed a heartwarming and exciting musical performance, creatively giving over the message of Hakhel – as explained by the rebbe – which was written and prepared especially for this year’s Hakhel event.

Master Ventriloquist Yisroel Silverstein performed with multiple puppets and a brand-new show geared for children on the theme of Hakhel.

Thousands have come out to join the celebration of Hakhel, a 3rd street on 13th Avenue needed to be blocked off due to the overflowing crowd!

The event concluded with joyous dancing and music for simchas Beis Hashoeva for a few hours.

Those who attended left amazed, uplifted and inspired to really take home the message of Hakhel.

“We felt the Rebbe’s Kochos in every step of the way, it was evident in the results being much more than we imagined” – says the organizer of the event, Rabbi Aron Ginsberg. “We are hope that this caused the rebbe Nachas by spreading Hakhel in an unprecedented way”.

The rebbe wants every single Yid to take part in Hakhel.
