Virtual Siyum for Chabad Houses to Feature Noted Speakers

A virtual Siyum Harambam for Chabad Houses will feature speakers such as an Israeli Supreme Court Judge who learns Rambam daily and the wife of an IDF soldier whose last photo in Gaza was with a Sefer Rambam.

On Thursday, March 28 (18 Adar II), at 8pm ET / 5pm PT, Chabad.org will host a virtual Siyum celebrating the completion of the 43rd Rambam study cycle. The program will highlight the transformational study that tens of thousands participate in daily, that empowers the individual and unites our people.

Hosted by Rabbi Shais Taub, with musical accompaniment from Cantor Aryeh Horowitz and musician David Twito, the event will feature people from all walks of life who participate in and have been impacted by the daily study program.

Hadas Lowenstern will share words of inspiration, highlighting Jewish strength and resilience, as she talks about her late husband, Rav Elisha Lowenstern, whose last photo in Gaza before being killed was with a Sefer Rambam.

Former Vice President of the Supreme Court of Israel, Elyakim Rubinstein, who learns Rambam daily, will share his personal encounter with the Rebbe.

The program will also feature basketball player Tamir Goodman, dubbed “the Jewish Jordan,” as well as businessman and entrepreneur Joshua Levin, who will share his experience starting the daily study and how it has impacted his life and his business.
