The guidelines and instructions of the Rebbe for the expansion of Chabad World Headquarters at 770 were published in a teshura momento distributed at a recent wedding.

The teshura, given to participants at the wedding of Mendel Fischer and Sarah Polter, contains tens of letters and ma’anos to R’ Shea Pinson, who served as the gabbai of 770 for decades. During his tenure, he received a large number of letters and responses from the Rebbe regarding the management of the 770 shul, and in later years, the planned expansion of 770.

Among the ma’anos printed, are a number where the Rebbe details his guidelines for the expansion, and expressed his frustration at the slow pace and the unorganized plans being presented. A full-length letter from philanthropist Mr. David Chase to the Rebbe is also printed, containing his suggestions, followed by the Rebbe’s response, approving the plans.
