Thousands of shluchim gathered in Oholei Torah Ballroom for the general session and Melave Malka addressed by Rabbonim and Shluchim from around the world.

With Chief Rabbi of Iran Yehuda Gerami’s visit to the United States coinciding with the Kinus Hashluchim, the rabbi took the opportunity to meet with and share ideas with other rabbis from across the globe.

The virtual track of the Kinus Tzeirei Hashluchim of the Shluchim Office is in full swing with hundreds of Young Shluchim tuning in from across the globe for an unforgettable three-day experience.

Arriving from all around the world, Young Shluchim joined together for the first full day of the Kinus Tzeirei Hashluchim in person track on Friday.

Thousands of shluchim joined the Crown Heights locals for an uplifting Shabbos of the Kinus in 770, spending the day saying Tehillim, davening and joining one of the countless farbrengens, which continued up until havdalah.

Young Shluchim taking part in the Kinus Tzeirei Hashluchim spent Friday davening, studying the Rebbe’s sichos and writing panim before traveling to the Rebbe’s Ohel, in a solemn highlight of the weekend.

A wide variety of workshops and sessions were held at the Kinus Hashluchim on Friday at locations across Crown Heights, offering shluchim advice and ideas how to strengthen and increase their many activities.

The Rebbe’s Ohel is teeming with visitors throughout the weekend of the Kinus Hashluchim, with shluchim taking every opportunity to visit themselves and bring mekurovim.

The streets, shops and shuls of Crown Heights were full on Friday, as locals, guests, and thousands of shluchim prepared for Shabbos Parshas Chayei Sara.

A spontaneous standing ovation and a rousing rendition of the Rosh Chodesh Kislev Niggun was how thousands of shluchim responded when Rabbi Moshe Kotlarsky announced “Welcome to the Kinus Hashluchim 5782!” at Thursday’s general session.

After a packed day of davening, learning, workshops and meeting old friends, shluchim sat down on Thursday night to farbreng in locations across Crown Heights, with the center of action in 770, where numerous farbrengens continued all night.

Shluchim, Rabbonim, and professionals shared inspiring ideas and practical tools on a wide range of topics at workshops held in various locations through Crown Heights.

Shluchim from the greater Tel Aviv area gathered last Motzei Shabbos for a regional Kinus Hashluchim in preparation for the International Kinus Hashluchim now underway in New York.

The Chief Rabbi of Iran, Rabbi Yehuda Gerami, who is cuurently in New York, will be attending the Kinus Hashluchim banquet on Sunday night as a distinguished guest. On Thursday, he paid a visit to the Ohr Avner Schools in Queens.

The Kinus Tzeirei Hashluchim of the Shluchim Office began on Thursday, kicking off with the in-person track for a full-day program packed with inspiration, entertainment, and a trip to a trampoline park.

When three shluchim arriving at the Kinus discovered their taxi driver was Jewish, they immediately offered to help him put on tefillin. He declined, but the reason for his refusal delighted the shluchim.

All through Wednesday and Thursday, shluchim arriving in New York headed straight for the Rebbe’s Ohel, making the meshaleiach the first stop as they arrive for the Kinus Hashluchim.

Shluchim from across the globe continued to arrive in Crown Heights on Thursday, getting right into the Kinus program, visiting 770 and meeting fellow shluchim, some who they haven’t seen in two years.

In honor of the Kinus Hashluchim, there will be added buses running round trips between Crown Heights and the Ohel.

There were only smiles on the faces of thousands of shluchim on Thursday morning, as they registered, met up with old friends, and headed out to workshops on the first day of the Kinus Hashluchim.
