When Rabbi Moshe Feller was invited to address a B’nai B’rith convention in 1967, he boldly insisted that 200 Jewish teens begin their day with tefillin. With 137 sets of tefillin flown in from New York overnight, it became a turning point in the mivtza tefillin, leaving even the Rebbe “excited.”
