Republican Nominee to Visit Crown Heights, Meet Residents

New York Republican gubernatorial nominee Bruce Blakeman will visit the shechuna Wednesday morning for a community tour and discussion with residents and local leaders about neighborhood priorities and strengthening ties with Crown Heights.

Republican gubernatorial nominee Bruce Blakeman will visit Crown Heights on Wednesday morning for a community tour and discussion focused on antisemitism, neighborhood concerns, and the priorities of local Jewish residents.

The Crown Heights Republican Committee will host New York Republican gubernatorial nominee Bruce Blakeman for a tour of Crown Heights and a meeting with community members on Wednesday, July 15.

Blakeman, who currently serves as Nassau County Executive, will be joined by Republican elected officials representing Jewish communities across New York. The delegation will meet local community leaders, activists, and residents while touring the neighborhood.

Discussions during the visit will focus on the rise in antisemitic incidents across New York, concerns affecting Crown Heights residents, challenges facing Jewish communities, and possible areas of cooperation with elected officials.

Organizers said the visit is intended to build stronger ties between Blakeman and the Jewish community while giving local residents an opportunity to present their concerns and priorities directly to the gubernatorial nominee and other state leaders.

The tour will begin at 10:00 a.m. at the corner of Kingston Avenue and Eastern Parkway. Crown Heights residents are invited to attend and participate in the discussion.
