Parents and students of Yeshivas Tomchei Temimim of Queens gathered Tuesday night to celebrate the Bochurim that memorized Masechta Bava Metzia by heart over the past year.
Yeshivas Tomchei Temimim of Queens gathered Tuesday night for an evening of tribute honoring the Bochurim that memorized Masechta Bava Metzia by heart over the past year.
In addition to the Yeshiva’s Hanhallah, many proud Yeshiva parents joined their sons in marking this milestone.
The event was attended by the chairman of the yeshiva, Rabbi Mendel Hendel, along with the menahel ruchni, Rabbi Mendel Scharf, and the menahel gashmi, Rabbi Menachem Baruch, and the rest of the Yeshiva staff.
Following the award ceremony students and parents sat down for a farbrengen with Rabbi Yosef Y. Braun, in honor of Chof Ches Sivan.
