The Kinus Hashluchim of Paris concluded Wednesday night with a gala banquet. The shluchim were addressed by Merkos Vice Chairman Rabbi Moshe Kotlarsky, Head Shliach of Paris Rabbi Mendel Azimov, and Head Shliach of Connecticut Rabbi Yisrael Deren.
