Live: ‘Bo Bayom’ Siyum Horambam in 770

Following the Rebbe’s instruction to make a siyum on the very day the Rambam is completed, a Siyum Horambam will take place tonight at 9:30 PM in 770, celebrating the completion of the 45th cycle of Shlosha Perakim and Sefer Hamitzvos, and the 15th cycle of Perek Echad.

Shluchim from the Los Angeles area gathered for a Yud Shevat farbrengen with Rosh Yeshiva of Ohr Elchanan Chabad, Rabbi Ezra Shochat.

At the Chabad of Sherman Oaks, a routine Gemara shiur with shliach Rabbi Moshe Weiss turned into a Yud Shevat farbrengen, while shliach Rabbi Yossi Lipskier farbrenged during his basi legani shiur.
House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, who lives in Brooklyn, released a statement following the ramming attack at 770, saying, “We can never allow this poison to be normalized".

As the media and bystanders looked on, temporary doors were installed at 770 following the horrific ramming attack on the entrance. The doors had only been installed five months earlier, donated by Reb Yerachmiel Jacobson.
A box of the new Morristown Kovetz Ha’aros was placed in the center of the Ohel tents, bochurim were seen immediately opening the fresh copies and learning the various haoros and pilpulim in the kovetz.

Farbrengens will be held in Crown Heights over the next few days to mark Yud and Yud-Alef Shevat, the hilula of the Frierdiker Rebbe, and 75 years of the Rebbe’s accepting the nesius.
