In this shiur, Rabbi Yaffe examines the judicial role of women from the sources, including their role as witnesses, judges, and renderers of Halachic decisions. The Halacha also analyzes and takes into account the historical role of women in such positions, most notably that of Devorah in the Book of Shoftim.
