Rabbi Chaim Meir and Basy Bukiet, together with their daughter Chaya Mushka, will be establishing Chabad of Parrish, Florida this summer.
Located in Northern Manatee County, Parrish has experienced significant growth in recent years, with new residential developments attracting many young families to the area. As the community continues to expand, so has the local Jewish presence, creating the need for a dedicated Jewish center to serve the growing number of residents.
The new Chabad House will provide a warm and welcoming home for local Yidden, offering a place for connection, community, and Jewish pride. Rabbi and Mrs. Bukiet hope to build a vibrant community where families can come together, celebrate their heritage, and strengthen their connection to Yiddishkeit.
Chabad of Parrish will offer a wide range of programs and services for adults, youth, and families, including educational opportunities, community events, and Jewish experiences throughout the year.
As they begin building the foundation for the new Chabad center, the Bukiets have launched a fundraising campaign to help establish the new home for Jewish life in Parrish.
