During a visit to Nice, France, Chabad traveling photographer Mordechai Lubecki took a trip to Monaco, a sovereign city-state and microstate on the French Riviera, capturing the mountains and the coast, as well as the shul and Chabad school led by Rabbi Tanchum and Chani Matusof.
