The Kramer family dedicated a new Sefer Torah on Sunday in honor of their parents Rabbi Yitzchok Michel and Chaya Rivka Kramer.
The writing of the final letters took place at the Kramer residence on Montgomery Street, followed by a procession to 770 Eastern Parkway. A large crowd join to dance and escort the new Torah to 770’s small zal, where joyous hakafos were held for hours.
