Amid great joy and festivities, prominent rabbonim and public figures wrote the final letters of the ninth Children’s Sefer Torah at the Tzemach Tzedek Shul in Yerushalayim’s Old City, before the Sefer Torah was carried in a joyous procession through the Old City.
