The front of 770 was transformed on Thursday into the backdrop for a musical production, with the Ohr Menachem Choir preparing a musical performance with chosen nigunim on the Rebbe’s Kapitel from throughout the years.
The choir had gathered there for a special preparation for a new video clip which will be shared publicly in honor of Yud Alef Nisan by The Ohr Menachem Choir (OMC).
Hearing the sweet song of the children singing, many of the passerby stopped by to listen and enjoy. As one passer-by exclaimed: “this is not a rehearsal, its a complete event!”
During the past year, the Ohr Menachem Choir put on a number of performances to the delight of their parents and the audience.
Mechanech of Kita Zayin and Program Director Rabbi Chanoch Hecht and Conductor of OMC Rabbi Shneior Rachamim said that the project being worked on now is ‘ASHREI – 11 NISAN PROJECT’ with chosen Nigunim on the rebbe’s Kapitel throughout the years.
“After this production there is much more to come,” they said. “We will keep following the OMC’s projects throughout the year.”
