Chabad Early Childhood of the Shluchim Office hosted teachers for a training event in New York for Shluchos to treat their preschool staff to a transformative day of learning, inspiration, and connection.
Chabad Early Childhood is the international network supporting Chabad preschools on Shlichus with curriculum resources, teacher training, and more.
This annual program is a highlight for teachers to gain professional development, advance their skills and discover new techniques to implement into their preschool classes.
What began as a service for Tri-State Shluchos, has blossomed into a nationally acclaimed event, drawing preschool teachers from across the country eager to experience its unparalleled value.
This year, over 100 teachers gathered for a day where they were treated to a beautiful lunch and engaging, hands-on sessions designed to transform their classrooms.
“The entire program was exceptionally well-planned, and I’ve already received positive feedback from some staff who expressed how much they enjoyed and benefited from it,” shared Shlucha Mrs. Shaindel Schapiro. “I found the day to be engaging, informative, and incredibly useful. Thank you for organizing such a wonderful event!”
Highlights included a dynamic workshop on the impact of loose parts, sensory learning, and creativity on a child’s brain development and a storytelling workshop along with high-energy empowerment activities, and team strengthening practices.
“My teachers and I went to the workshop and it was really unbelievable,” wrote Shlucha Mrs. Rivka Wineberg. “Besides having a great time, we learned so many new things and it was all around a great day!”
“This wasn’t just a conference or training, but an empowering gathering that brings preschool teachers together to feel recharged, energized, and appreciated,” said director Mrs. Rivky Baitelman. “It’s a celebration of the dedication and impact of early childhood educators and we’re already looking forward to next year’s event!”
