Cheder Chabad of Monsey is reaching out to all former students to share memories about their time in school and to update their contact information to reconnect, and as a special incentive, there will be raffles to win gift cards.
For over two decades, Cheder Chabad of Monsey has proudly served as the flagship Lubavitch moised in Monsey, providing students with a strong foundation in Torah learning and Chassidishe values, guided by its motto, “Educating the Child, Nurturing the Neshama.” Founded by Rabbi and Mrs. Yisroel Shusterman with just a handful of students in a basement, the Cheder has grown into an empire spanning three locations and serving hundreds of students each year. Cheder Chabad is reaching out to all former students, whether they graduated eighth grade or attended for just part of their school years. Everyone is an integral part of the Cheder Chabad family and is warmly invited to reconnect.
In addition to updating contact information, the Cheder is collecting cherished memories from alumni about their time in school. One former student fondly recalled the snowstorm of 2013, when everyone was stuck in school for hours as the roads became impassable. Another shared, “I felt so loved and supported—the teachers care about me!” These treasured moments reflect the deep bond shared within the Cheder Chabad community and the lifelong impact of the school’s nurturing environment.
As a special incentive, anyone who completes the form by February 4th, 2025 will be entered into a raffle to win one of three $150 Amazon gift cards!
All former students are encouraged to participate by submitting their information and sharing their memories today.
Cheder Chabad looks forward to hearing from its alumni and celebrating their accomplishments and stories as part of its enduring legacy.
