The Lubavitch Yeshiva Ketana of London (Mechina) celebrated their annual Siyum on Maseches Pesochim and Megilla.
This year, it took place at the Chabad Retreat Center in Lllandudno, Wales, where they have a small ‘Yeshivas Kayitz’ at the end of the zman. They were honored with the participation of the Vishnitzer Rebbe Shlita of Bnei Brak.
The Siyum began with Divrei Brocha by the MC, Rabbi Leibish Heller.
Habochur Hatomim Menachem Mendel Zavdi made the Siyum on Masechtas Pesochim.
The Vishnitzer Rebbe spoke about the end of the Masechta and explained it al pi Chassidus. He then spoke about the special connection he had with the Rebbe and sang some Lubavitch niggunim.
The Bochrim were given Divrei Hisorerus and Chizuk to encourage them to continue and grow in their learning by Rabbi Pesach Efune (Yoshaiv Rosh Hanhola), Rabbi Yosef Weinberg (Maggid Shiur), and Rabbi Levi Paris (Maggid Shiur/Mashpia). They were recognized for their hasmoda and shkida, and their achievement in learning and yiras shomayim.
Rabbi Moishe Zavdi, Menahel of the Yeshiva, expressed his appreciation to those who travelled to be at the Siyum, and thanked everyone for their participation and support of the Yeshiva.
