Many Shluchim, Anash, and Bochurim gathered by the Ohel for a 38th Siyum HaRambam, and the beginning of the 39th cycle. The Siyum was addressed by Rabbi Chaim Shapiro, menahel of Tomchei Temimim in Morristown, NJ, and Rabbi Yosef Yitzchok Kalmenson, Rosh Yeshiva in New Haven, CT.
