On Wednesday, 25 Elul, the Crown Heights community gathered to celebration the completion of a Torah being dedicated in memory of R’ Leibel and Freida Andrusier, OBM. R’ Leibel served as the baal koreh of Bais Binyomin shul.

The celebration began at at the home of the Andrusier family, where the final letters were written. Following the Torah’s completion, a joyous procession headed to Beis Binyomin for hakafos and a seudas mitzvah.
