Tishrei Near the Ohel Begins With Sedorim and Farbrengens

With the arrival of hundreds of bochurim from yeshivos in Eretz Yisroel for the month of Tishrei, the annual Hachnosas Orchim program near the Rebbe’s Ohel has gotten underway, providing the guests with organized sedorim, shiurim, meals, and farbrengens throughout their stay.

The program provides a full framework of gashmius and ruchnius for the bochurim spending Tishrei near the Ohel. A large tent prepared near the Ohel serves as a central location for the daily sedorim and meals, as well as shiurim, panels, and farbrengens.

As part of the program, Reb Shlaime Zarchi, longtime mashpia in the Central Tomchei Temimim at 770, farbrenged with the visiting bochurim in the tents near the Ohel. The farbrengen, which continued for several hours, focused on the proper preparation for Rosh Hashanah and how a bochur should utilize the special opportunity of spending Tishrei in the Rebbe’s daled amos.

The Hachnosas Orchim program is also hosting rabbanim, mashpi’im, and staff members from yeshivos in Eretz Yisroel, who will deliver shiurim, serve as mashivim during the sedorim, and farbreng with the bochurim over the course of the month.

Together with lodging and daily meals, the organized learning schedule is intended to enable the hundreds of guests to devote their Tishrei to Torah, Chassidus, avodah, and preparing themselves for the special days in the Rebbe’s daled amos.
