Thousands of Kosher food industry leaders from around the world attended the Meadowlands Exposition Center in Secaucus, New Jersey, for the two-day Kosherfest expo, showcasing the latest trends and innovations in the Kosher food industry.
Kosher fest this year projected over 170 exhibits and expected over 6,000 industry leaders ranging from retail and distribution to food service.
“This year was something special, more frum people came this year as vendors than any other year,” said one of the participants. “Baruch Hashem more people are able to make a generous living by expanding the kosher food market.”
“As the Kosher market fills up with more diverse foods, it becomes more attractive to keep kosher and we are seeing a trend where the kosher market is booming, more people are keeping kosher because there are more options,” another participant remarked.
Kosherfest is the world’s largest and most attended kosher-certified products trade show. From chain supermarkets to corner groceries, food service establishments to caterers, every kind of kosher consumer can find opportunity and inspiration at Kosherfest.
In addition to the exhibition hall, Kosherfest features lectures, book signings by kosher cookbook authors, cooking demonstrations, and a culinary competition featuring celebrity chefs. Concurrent with the trade show, a Kosherfest social media dinner, and the Kosher Food Bloggers Conference are held in off-site locations.
