Beth Habad 77 in the Seine-et-Marne department of France has been awarded the prestigious “Medal of Honor for Labor.” The medal was presented by Mr. Jean-François Parigi, President of the General Council, in recognition of the Chabad House’s 22 years of dedicated service to the community.
Led by Rabbi Yossi and Tzlacha Amar, Beth Habad 77 has been instrumental in spreading Torah values, supporting families, and assisting the elderly and isolated. This honor is awarded to only two organizations annually, making a significant Kiddush Hashem and Kiddush Lubavitch.
The recognition highlights the Chabad House’s commitment to education, care for the sick, and aid for those in penitentiary centers. Rabbi Yossi and his wife pledged to continue their work with renewed dedication.
